1. How do you start w/o weapons? I know I've done this but I forgot

1. It's on the options tab in the menu you can choose the map from. All it gives you is the physgun, toolgun and camera.

It doesn't show in the options tab, it only shows no damage, no player vs player damage and limited physgun
