In singleplayer of garrysmod I get 300fps.
The moment I join my server it drops to 30fps and can go as low as 9fps sometimes.
Specs:
Phenom X4 9850+ @ 2.8ghz
4gb ddr2 800mhz ram
sapphire 5870
And the only addons I have are PHX and Wiremod.
