I have just bought "Half-Life the Complete Pack" on steam and when i playing Gmod every thing is F*cked up like this!
Anyone know whats wrong?

This is gm_bigcity at the spwn point(and im NOT no_cliping!)

Also at the spwan point.
This has nothing to do with addons, this happened after i installed HL2, ep1 and ep2.
Delete your addons and verify cache.
