Some of my models are black HELP!!!! - Garry's Mod

I just got gmod yesterday and some of my models have black spots I had this game before and when I had it at that time, everything was fine. BTW I have the same computer that i have right now when i had gmod before. How is this racist? All i am saying is that some of my npc's and models have some texture problems.

Saw another thread like this earlier. Try reinstalling GMod, and if that doesn't work then just wait for an update to fix it.

I have the exact same problem, it only appears on DX9 apparantly. DX8 fixes it, but with the sacrifice of graphical quality.

How old is your computer? And, when is the last time you updated your graphics drivers? Your drivers may need to be updated.
