I got Gmod a while back. It's a great game, but one thing bugs me. The water in GM Construct is missing. I've narrowed it down to one thing, but I need to see if I'm correct. I think the problem is that my graphics controller won't render two textures on top of one another, and therefore removes the water texture while keeping the sand texture underneath.

And... I don't really have a graphics card. I've got an Integrated Graphics Controller.

That's why. Get a graphics card or try -dxlevel 8 in the launch options.
Happened to me on Crysis on high settings. It choose not to load some things on games when your comp can't handle it.
The missing graphics card thing is DEFINITELY the cause. go onto tigerdirect.com and buy one.
