Yeah, so my face poser isnt working. It doesnt grab a ragdoll and let me edit its face. I have no idea, why it wont work.
It's probably the result of Update 72. It broke many things in GMOD. For me, it broke the Q menu and the score list. I reinstalled the game and it still didn't work, so I reinstalled steam and that's when it started working.
oh for f... sakes...
If you have mad cows weapon base addon installed it also breaks that.

I dont get it. I use Face Poster today and it was working great. I use it on standard models.
You have Mad Cows weapons? It contains framenet, delete it so you can facepose again. You don't have to delete Mad Cows weapons, only framenet folder.

1st time poster and Gmod user here!
I have a problem where the faceposer works on all models except the TF2 guys. Is this a normal thing or is Gmod borked?

They are bugged, but they should work little bit.
Nah, getting nothing at all. I've seen on other forums that I should keep the expression scale slider quite low and try that, but it still doesn't work.
Would it have anything to do with my graphics capability?
Some custom made ragdolls have no facepose capability. the citizens and the other models that COME WITH gmod are the only ones I can guarantee the faceposer will work for.
