This happens time to time, the Lights do not work, Changing the settings and everything they work to the most minimal settings which is hardly even effective. Is there a way to change this via console command?
This mostly happens in Multiplayer.
Lights in multiplayer seem to be very weak compared to lights in singleplayer.
I don't think there's any way to change that, sorry.
