Crash when Press Q

I'm getting annoyed by the crashes lately, when I crash go back to desktop, Error message is that Half life 2 exe stopped working.

When I press the Q key to open the tools etc, bam crash! , then sometimes when I press Q it doesn't crash but when I click on a tab E.G PHX spacebuild models etc, bam crash! >,< I posted this message because now, when I join a server, every time I press Q it crash.

I verify the integrity, and Fragment it still doesn't work.
Umm XD soo anyone know the solution to this problem?

TRY cleaning your garrysmod folder out...OR you can rename the folder. It'll rebuild a fresh one.

so clean the Garrysmod folder but do I clean the addons folder? how do I clean the garrys mod folder? sorry
