Just remove the addon that puts it there.
its not an addon though? its built into gmod? its the big green triangle above everyones head, its allways been there is there a console command to remove it?

It's halo mod, just make the texture for that a nodraw.

Find the .vmt file for it (don't know where it is exactly cause I don't have it) it is most likely in steam/steamapps/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons/open it with notepad and add "$nodraw" into it

I added "$nodraw" and now the green triangles are white rectangles...FUCK! Well I feel I am getting close. I tried to use hammer to do this but it does not recognize .vmt files. I do not know how to use hammer either I just opened it and tried to open the .vmt and it does not show that file type.
Im completely new to this and realy dont know if this is helpful,but if there are any lines that are like "*something togleable here* =1" it might mean that there might be a line in the text saying like "mark player=0" or "dissable anoying green triangle that is totaly shity and ruins the whole game = 0".If not...someone will report me and I will get banned for unhelpful post :P
I have been all over inside of the configs and if it was as easy as that I believe I would have found that. It is a hud for an addon but I want to be able to nodraw it and add it to my servers download list so it will override there copy and they cannot see them in my server. It is clientside so that is the only way I can think of to fix it easly. Thanks anyway.
