Don't bother advertising if you're using leaked/stolen content or gamemodes

In an effort to dissuade server hosts from running mostly buggy and potentially troublesome gamemodes and scripts, you are no longer allowed to post a thread advertising your server if you host stolen or leaked content.

Also might I suggest removing thread containing CSS in titles since were in Home > Garry's Mod > Server Advertisement?
