Alyx Texture Porblem

System hardware specs
- Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+ 2.21 GHz
- RAM: 1.00 GB of RAM
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT
- Operating System: Windows XP 32-Bit

I attempted to install the Alyx Plaid skin for Garrysmod ([url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=77083[/url]) but then after the model looked very strange with texture problems all over it (No Purple Checkers). I attempted to remove the problem by installing another skin over it (Tried to install this: [url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=79916[/url], and this: [url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=76721[/url]) but executed with failure. I'll will provide pictures as soon as I can of the problem. This has been annoying me for a while now.

Help would be appreciated.

Anyway, have you tried "cleaning" your GMod?

I would, but I rather not go through the process of extracting the files that I want from the old Garrysmod, to the new one. Thanks for the advice though.
