I don't know what's happening to cause this, but lately, a few models have been spawing in what I call "prop Mode" where instead of spawing as ragdolls, they are spawing as if they had a super statue tool used on them, or the person who compiled forgot to reweigh the bones. But I know that's not the case as others have gotten the models working.
What really confuses me is this:

Same model, different skins, one is a hex, and yet only one of them works fully.
Other I've tried that wind up in "Prop Mode"
