• using a model not optimized for NPC use

I have a model that i'd love to make an NPC out of, but it's rigged for posing and not as an NPC. I've been banging around Google to no avail. i have the LUA script all typed out, I need no help with that, it's strictly a model problem. the model shows up, it's just in that characteristic "t" pose. if I can get some help I'd be happy to post the finished product.
You need to hex the model. Don't ask me how, but that's what you need to do.

You need to recompile the model rigged with combine or rebel animations. Your best bet would be to post a thread in the Model section, most of them would be happy to explain to you how.
