Hey folks,
Does anyone recall a thread, a few years back, about a western mining gamemode that could possibly be made? People were talking about having a small town, with some miners, a sheriff, a general store, the like. And then there would be a mine, where the miners would go and mine and bring back the ore to the surface. I think this was before LUA was introduced. I believe we now have the technology. I tried looking for the thread, but I'm not sure it's even accessible now.
So does anyone remember?
Kind of like MotherLoad?
I love MotherLoad.
Not really sure how this would be done in gmod though, unless you take a different approach to the "mining," which would normally suggest destructible terrain, which can't really be done well in Source.
