How to get the Gmod Beta?

I heard about a Gmod Beta SVN and was interested. How do I get this? Also, is it any different?

There's nothing of different except game code changes you get a week later on normal gmod.
it's useful only if you're in the lua business as far as I know.

Does the Gmod Beta get early Engine Updates?

if you had read the thread ud see that it gives you a head start on lua updates, the main code of the game. so that people who make addons in lua will be prepared and there will be less to no "downtime" of the addon theyve made as they can see it before anyone else can (that it wont work)
