Now I know that Physical bullets are from 2008, but it seems like they still work, except they do not damage anything. Is there a fix to that? Or an alternative? If this is the wrong section please move it.
The addon is old, and that's probably the reason why its not working anymore. Try to get in contact with the original creator, and ask him to release a patched version, or you could learn LUA, and fix it yourself.
