This. What will you be able to do with just the ragdolls anyway? Pose them and take screenshots in gm_construct?
It's first of all warez, so you shouldn't download it and we shouldn't help you regarding it.
Secondly, it's more or less pointless to have the ragdolls without the maps.

There was a state when the LEGAL tf2 models in the LEGAL gmod where black.
The fixes you are trying to use are/where made in that time.
I dont know if the warez ang LEGAL isues are connected or anything.
Lets get to the point:
The Fixes you downloaded are not intended for fixing warez.
Get TF2 you eight year old.
