I downloaded some Phys Gun reskins, and they're lagging the game up, but now I cant find the files in the models and materials folders to delete them. Any suggestions?
rename your steamapps/username/garrysmod/garrysmod folder to "garrysmodold" and launch the game.
Then just re-copy over the addons you want to keep. Whatever's left won't be in-game anymore.

Yeah, I just tried renaming it and it wouldn't let me.
Right click on the folder and uncheck the read-only box.
