Restricting Props/No Spawning with Guns

Maybe it's just the fact that I'm a noob at this whole server thing, but I made a dedicated server and thats working great. The problem I'm having is that I was to restrict some props to admin only. I'm not sure how to do that, so I need help with it. I also want to know how I can make people spawn without guns. Thanks. =]

Note: I'm using ASSmod for admin.

In server.cfg, you need to add this:

sbox_weapons 1/0 - 1 being allow weapons, 0 being deny. When you spawn in, you'll start without damaging weapons, dunno if that includes the grav gun or not.

For prop restriction, use a prop protection that supports model black listing. I use FPP but that's just me.
