Custom Texture Problem - Dont Seem To Download

Well,
Ive tried to play rp_downtown_v2 and rpw_downtown_v3 but both have this problem. I downloaded from server and garrysmod.org.

I cant see custom textures, including skybox's and i could really do with fixing this. For some reason im just getting the purple and black squads where they should be.
Same problem for some player models as well, just black and purple instead of textured.

Been trying to play RP

Any ideas?

Alot of it is Counter-Strike: Source.
Mainly materials, but some models.
I'm going to say that either not owning or not having CS:S mounted is the problem.

I have CSS. I used to map for both games. Dont really understand why this is happening.
