This problem just occurred one day, i removed all my textures and it still happened & I try-ed building the cube maps.

Try Dealting the GCF file in the steamapps folder
I REALLY don't want to Vanilla my GMOD.

You can always put back the addons or just put back your old GMod when you do that
Did you install fakefactory?
The same thing happened to that texture when I installed one of the newer versions.
