Every time I load a map in SP it crashes?

Please help me.
Every time, no matter what map I try to load, SinglePlayer crashes.
Multiplayer works perfectly fine, nothing wrong with that.
Just Singleplayer crashes when it starts "Loading World".
I've been with GMod since about almost two years ago, and now all the sudden it doesn't work in SP?
That's not cool if you ask me.

Mods with custom binaries tend to do that.
