Garrysmod.org Down? Again? - Garry's Mod

I don't know why, but on both of my computers garrysmod.org doesn't work, at all. Yes, I've tried downforeveryoneorjustme.com, and that gives me some kind of error with an old google logo. Tell me if it works for you. I want to upload my new hand skin. :(

Could be the weather? Since its bad and their servers could be down due to black out. It happens alot and often in some parts of the United States / other countries.

Nah, weather wouldn't do it. Well, At least I don't think so. But, maybe.

Yep. Anyone else think there should be another place to upload files? Garrysmod.org is so unreliable.

It was like that since this morning and a little last night, i think it could be server malfunctioning.. i sure do miss it though. :( Overall it should be back to regular speed sometime next week hopefully or maybe sunday. I do not work for the site or anything i'm just making a great guess lol.

It's not .rar. It's a zip file.

gmodfiles.com doesn't work either at the moment, and fpsbanana doesn't have the mod i need. If anyone can upload NPC Talk for me, it would be much appreciated.

guys, the reason garrysmod.org is down is probably because of some major system maintenance. every site does this. It's not that big of a deal. i know we all need our mods for Gmod and stuff but i'm guessing this won't happen again for a very long time. but sometimes when sites are down for along time they are getting ready to shut it down. that happened to this one video site called stage6([url]http://stage6.com)[/url]. they still have the good bye message up if you want to see it. i don't think that will happen to garrysmod.org though because there are tons of files on there and i am positive lots and lots of people would be very angry. as for myself i hope nothing happens to it. i loved stage6, it was awesome and i would not like to happen to garrysmod.org.

The server for garrysmod.org is based in the Houston,Texas area. I think Garry needs to get his own server, I think he can afford it.
