Ok so, it all started when Garry left I booted up Garry's Mod to play I went into sandbox and I didn't have Half Life 2 weapons so I went into the settings and it turns out my brother unchecked weapons when he played (He doesn't have a steam.) So I enable that play with pc mod for like 30 minutes then I got bored so I quit a couple hours later I went and played the game again and sure enough I get screwed up models. So I peaked into the console (off video) and heres what I found:
ERROR: failed to create vertex decl for vertex format 50403! You'll probably see messed-up mesh rendering - to diagnose, build shaderapidx9.dll in debug.
So is there anyone that can help I have the orange box I only have portal installed but I have had all the game installed at once and that didn't help I re-installed GMod that didn't help I re-installed the whole steam and that didn't help so I really need help.
Delete the main "garrysmod" folder and start garrysmod from steam.
Note: you dont have to download garrysmod again. It's packed in GCF files, which steam will automatically extract as you start the game.

As the vertecies all stretch to the middle of the map; the MDL files probably are not corrupt. Reinstall graphics drivers and do a virus scan
My garphics card is shit I can't find any drivers for it.

I'm so fucking tired of this I updated my driver and that didn't help I did dxlevel81, that didn't help, I tried deleting the first garrysmod folder, I tried deleting the second garrysmod foldder that didn't help. I'm so fucking tired of this I need some fucking help.

Somehow, you're gonna have to build that DLL (dynamic link library) which contains the library of code necessary to render models in GMod properly. I don't know how to do this, but I suggest you do a few Google searches...
