Is there any way I can get the gasmask "eye" texture, WITHOUT buying CSS(i'm not gonna buy it for some textures and models)?

That is your problem. Most addons use CS:S, particularly weapon addons.

well...i did it, i bought css
but problem still exist + css player models only have shadows
