Can't see my dedicated server in the steam server list

Can't see my dedicated server in the steam server list, only under the Lan tab.
At first the dedicated server was ran and tested on XP Pro machine. Everything went fine, was able to find the server in the steam's server list and join.
Then copied the entire "srcds", the dedicated server, with all the configs and so on already pre-configured straight to Vista machine.
Server starts up with no problem on Vista, but can't find the server in the steam's server listings, only under the Lan tab it is visible and able to join without any problems.
Port forwarded everything, and disabled Windows Firewall but still no luck.
sv_lan is set to 0.
What did I go wrong?
Are you sure you changed the port forwarded ip to the one you moved the folder to?
This is normal. You will NEVER, EVER see a server running from YOUR HOUSE in the Internet tab (unless Steam's broken).

He's right. I had this problem before. However, if no one else can't find your server either, try update your routers firmware. That worked for me.
Okay, I can see it now.
