Hello, recently I decided to go back to hosting. Since I need a proper server to play on do to there being to many noob servers, with Minge Admins.
I would like to know how many people I can host with this Speed:

Also if someone can recommend me an admin mod for restricting weapons and such that would be very much appreciated.

Decent server : see above.
Good server, with a tiny bit of lag however : 6-8 slots (I can handle 12 players on a 0.9 mbps connection).

You're assuming all he will be using on that connection is his server.

The server is on a seperate cable on a different machine. (That I do not use to often). So mabye.

But you will still be using the same internet connection, assuming you don't pay for multiple internet connections in one home. With your connection I don't think you will be able to have many people atall in the server.

Sandbox?. If so you will easily hit 20-30KB/s per person.
