I need help find a certain tool

Im trying to make an airplane except i need to find the updated propeller tool. The tool the you can set speed and force as well as acceleration and deceleration. I have what im guessing is V1 as it doesnt have all those settings. But when i go to certain servers on multiplayer and even some single player maps it updates to V2. So simply what i need is where can i directly download V2 of this tool.

EDIT: Okay no disregard my previous post, those damn snowflakes are stopping me from reading properly. What is that propeller tool? Where's it from, where did you find it, who made it etc... I never heard of it, and can't seem to find in on garrysmod.org.

Honestly i cant remember how i found it. I've been trying to get it to switch to V2 and now it just wont ,but what it did was let u do is wire to it. It had an input of 'GO' and 2 outputs "Force" and "Speed" pretty much u spawn it on any prop you want and it well is a propeller. I made some adv. dupes of my creations but now when i dupe them the wire input is gone and its very frustrating bc i made some awesome airplanes :(

I finally found the pack ...get whats called PHX Tools and also get Propeller Model Pack they were both on gmod.org. i just made a fully flyable airplane again and put some sb machine guns and some pew pew on it. now i just need a server and some ppl to shoot down.
