gmod client.dll init() in library client failed, CTD when starting Gmod.

When I start gmod, it gets as far as the loading screen then CTDs with the message " gmod client.dll init() in library client failed. " Anyone else experiencing this?

same here, it just did a weird update and now it wont start about to try again.

at first steam would not even start the game saying servers are too busy.

Here is what happened

I went to start gmod, Got "Servers are too busy bullshit you know what it is)
Then steam locked up, i started it back up HL2 dm and gmod wanted to update but were not, steam locked up again.
Started gmod again and got this error.

same here i just found out it updated and i havent been able to do anything. not to mention garry fucked it up last time because his integrated version of PHX is messing up spacebuild 3 and giving me an inablility to spawn entitys from spacebuild enhancement project
