I downloaded a SWEP pack with a ammo limit, and there is suppost to be a command that is suppost to remove that. It's ammolimit 0 if you haven't guessed yet. I tried with underscores and everything and it doesn't work. Help please.

Yes, I did, because the SWEPs are working fine.
Have you tried Sv_ammolimit 0 ?

Did you read the addon description to figure out what the actual command was?
