Ok so sorry if this makes me sound like I dont know what Im doing but does anyone know how to make a .net website its like a forums thats free not sure where to look all things that Iv tried arent what Im looking for.
If you want a .net domain you need to purchase it from a registrar.
godaddy.com, registr. Google them.

It's not a forum, it's a sort of a subscription.
Go and register a domain name somewhere, namecheap has been praised alot. Then you get shared web-hosting or a VPS and start setting up your website. Good forums softwares are IP.Board and XenForo, but those are paid. There are free ones aswell, Simple Machines Forum, MyBB, etc...
