I remember I had this simple program which allowed me to just put a link in it and it would ask for updates when I launch it. Now I only found 2 programs, one that doesnt let me add my own links and another which integrates to my system and downloads slow as fuck. Can I get a simple program that doesn't require any installation and doesn't completely fucking suck?
Oh and there is no fucking way I'm ever gonna use TortoiseSVN so just forget it.

It looks like the program that I was using back then was Garrys Mod Auto SNV Updater, but the one that I downloaded wouldnt let me add new SNV's as simply as I remembered. I watched a video on it and the downloading process looked the same.

You use Tortoise SVN its your best option for one it downloads pretty well.
