I have ran quite a few servers, dedicated and hosted, but it's been a while since I have put a server up and I've been struggling all day to get this server working.
Finally I have it up and mostly running but there is one small problem, the ground looks like its shaking and I'm half under it when standing, if I noclip it looks like an earthquake is going on, and if I crouch, die, or sit down it looks normal...
This is just a (sarcasm)slight(/sarcasm) hindrance to my gameplay, any ideas on how to fix this?
EDIT: I think the problem might be the player ducking repeatedly, right now noone has joined if you would like to see for your self(it could just be me but it doesn't happen in single player or on other servers)the IP is 173.170.70.82:27015

No, I'm running Vista, I'm using the same computer I used on all the other servers
