Hey everyone, I'm working towards creating my own machinima for Youtube. It's just 2 guys in a basement that talk about stuff. One of the challenges I'm faced with is delivering a convincing experience with talking animations. I know there is face poser, but I'm talking more along the lines of body language.
I found this: http://www.youtube.com/user/cra0kalo#p/a/u/0/LZoaFR-Hj7I
This shows good animations can be incorporated into machinima and Source, however I do not have the 3D modeling and animation pre-requisite. What I'm looking for is something flexible, so if someone is standing or sitting on a couch they can still animate their hands. Is something like this possible?
This is my set if anyone was interested. I plan on this being a solo project but if you wish to contribute in anyway that's cool too.

The Source SDK. Look in your library, select tools, scroll down and select Source SDK. A face poser is included in it.
I'd appreciate it if you'd give my thread another look over. I already mentioned face poser.
