Hey, since Garry done an update (about a month ago) my Garry's Mod has been crashing alot.
What I have noticed is before it crashes in console it says
not enough memory
Then about 5-15 mins later, it will crash.
I have no idea why this is happening.
System specs on this computer:
Intel Core 2 Duo
2.40 GHz
4 GB RAM
32 bit.
Please help!
It is saying it ran out of memory on your video card to buffer the models.
Delete SBEP, Wire, PHX.
What video card do you have?
Nvidia 8800 GT

Then it still should'nt be saying that...are your drivers updated fully? is the card damaged?
Indeed. I've not had this problem on my laptops 128mb card. Are any other programs running?

Ventrilo.
Mozilla FireFox.
Steam Chat.
That's all, I even tried:
- Updating drivers ( No update )
- Closing all unneccesary programs.
Just a thought, have you tried validating your files?
Right clicking on the game in steam, [B]Properties - Local Files - Verify Integrity of Game Cache[/B]
Add this to an autoexec.cfg under Steam\steamapps\garrysmod\garrysmod\cfg:
[code]mem_max_heapsize 2048
datacachesize 128[/code]
If it causes instability, reduce mem_max heapsize to 1792, then 1536, and so on and so forth, subtracting 256 each time and testing in between adjustments until instability ceases.
