Firstly I have no access to the files of the server in question I'm simply asking for any ideas we can use to try and fix this.
We use the Nexus base schema with a build-on of Novus Two. It is mildly modified and contains various additional entities, sweps etc.
Effectively we're having serious problems with our MySQL, the error reads: There server encountered an error connecting to MySQL. The server owner should edit garrysmod/data/nexus/mysql.cfg
We originally thought it was an error on our MySQL host's end due to a newly implemented firewall but alas it is not. Any ideas would be highly appreciated as to help us get the server back up, thanks.
