i Have a dedicated Server at 83.169.9.231:25015 ,
It has wiremod and Phx3,
But my Problem is, you stuck in the ground, so you cant jump, or have to jump 3 times on the same place to jump out.
maybe you can help me
Sounds like the server is running on a tick rate of 100, Garry's Mod does not like this. Try 66 or even 33.

Set it to 66 if you can, if not ask your server provider. Garry's Mod starts to tweak at a 100 tick rate.
