Guns Reload Instantly and Entities Freeze After Spawn

Hi, I've been trying to host a little dev server off of my home computer.

But, my guns reload instantly and entities just freeze when I spawn them like the model is missing, but it's there.

I've had this problem before but I never could fix it. Please help!

You're probably using CSS for the gun models, but it isn't on the server. I forget how to add it, but there's your problem.

It's on the server, and I see that the models are too, what's the deal?

The entities freezing is a result of them just being effects, if you were the server and didn't have it mounted, they'd be errors. Not like that's significant of anything, but, it's really not on the server. I forget how to put it on, but a server I helped a friend run had the same issue.

No, that's not why, if the server didn't have the model it would do exactly what it's doing, but it has the model.

Yeah, I don't think CSS is mounted properly on your server.
