• Breakable walls

I was watching DasBoSchitt's latest work and saw breakable walls. How does one pull this off?
I would guess makeing a prop breakable and puting a wall texture on it.
In the Valve Hammer Editor, select the wall you want to be breakable, press ctrl+t and tie it to a func_breakable, set the strength to about 50, then the material type to stone.
