well the arrest stick its showing up but i try arresting someoone and it wont arrest them it makes them slow tahts all

I just got this same problem. I'm trying to find out why and I've tried rp_teletojail 1 and rp_telefromjail 1, but it still wont work. Rp_setjailpos doesn't work either.
