how to reskin CSS stuff in garrysmod

i play TTT a whole bucketload when i discovered it, and i want to get some CSS reskins for it.

except it is in garrysmod.

how would i go about installing gun reskins in garrysmod for CSS stuff? just put it in the garrysmod/garrysmod folder with the reskin content?
