when i go to a multyplayer server then it loads everything and at the ned it crashes
Sounds like it could be crashing from too much lag when you first join the server. I don't know what causes the crash specifically, but I do know that the game can crash under heavy lag spiking conditions, especially when first joining a server. Try joining a similar server with nobody in it that's running a simple map like flatgrass, and see if it still crashes.
i found out that it only happenes to blackops servers
