Given that I manage many servers, I'm looking for an experienced and professional person to manage the DarkRP server. Why wouldn't he just make his own server?
Because not everyone wants to pay for a server, If am right if you got hired by this guy all you do is manage players and get paid for it and you hardly have to do much :/

Shit, I ran a server back when I was like 14-15 on Garry's Mod 9 and had next to no money to my name at the time and that server lasted until GM10 at which point I branched out into multiple servers and got my own dedicated box -- at that point the community was thriving and living off donations.
Why would anyone want to be paid $10-$20 a month to manage a community? It's not exactly stress free and takes a ton of your time. Plus more then likely all this guy is going to do is once it gets popular kick you to the curb and then take over so he can get the money from the donations.

Wait, my apologies he apparently manages many servers already so all you would be doing is running the server for him, he gets the donations and you get paid a meager amount of money for your time.
