i am going to start alot of quality ttt servers but i am in huge need for leaders. by leader i mean a person who can handle everything player related on the server. i will set the server up and do all the technical stuff. so what i need you for is to keep the players happy, handle rdm reports and stuff like that. you will ofcause be able to píck your own admin team. admin will not be sold! at the moment i have a danish server but looking to expanding to other contrys. so do you have the guts to be leader of a server? then do not hassitate to contact me! atm i am really looking for a person who can be leader on a english speaking EU server.

Believe me, anyone who wants to do it wont do a good job. Your best bet is to find a community and let people work their way up, not immediately start at the top. Allowing them to choose their own admins sounds like a great opportunity for someone to promote all their friends and abuse as much as they want. Your english is fairly decent.
Stick with recruiting regulars on your server rather than recruiting strangers on facepunch.
