Troubles Trying to download a Zombie Skin Replacement for the Headcrab Zombie

I've been trying to download a zombie but no matter how many times I put it in the addons folder, it never shows up. Anyone know how to make this work? I really need this for future Gmod Movies.

It just goes in Garrysmod/Garrysmod. Not in Addons.
