I've been searching for this issue for weeks, but no prevail. I created a Garry's Mod server using SteamCMD. I have been able to set the addons up successfully. The ports are connected and working (27000 - 27050 Both). I have used canyouseeme.org.
My issue is where I turn on my server, and people can connect, but after about 10-20 minutes, the server goes "Not Responding" for everyone except me as if it went into sv_lan 1.
Things I have tried:
sv_lan 0
heartbeat
changing the port, clientport, matchmakingport,tv_port, etc.
**One thing that tends to work is opening up a server, then opening a second server. The second server gets its ports re-binded and it works for another 10 minutes.
Looking up solutions on the internet
DMZ on for my computer
Turning off the firewall and AV.
Calling my ISP about the problem.
I may have left some things out, so feel free to ask any questions.

I've change the port to that before. I've even changed it up to 30. Thanks, though.

delete ur cfg folder in the server
and do u have any script errors?
try to delete your addons folder and then try
or run steamcmd with +login anonymous +app_update 4020 validate

maybe he have a command that doin that who knows maybe bad rates or bad networking command?
i just telling this cuze its could be a kinda command about network idonoo im sure theres enough commands about network that can do this

and does it do it at the same time all the time i mean thats only the way to know if is a command cuze if its doing it on the same time so its means that theres a timer that controlling this
and if theres a timer its mean that its could be only a command or a lua file(addon)
make sure that u dont have any lunch commands on srcds.exe or with the way that u running the server
and only on cfg folder you have the commands about it so maybe try to restore it to the default and rest the server cfg theres nothing left to lose just try
or try to run it with -game left4dead50 +hostip YOUR.WAN.IP.ADDY -ip YOUR.LAN.IP.ADDY +hostport 27016 +clientport 27006
and try to start your server on clean start without all the addons and command and all the stuff
how do you running the server with srcds.exe? or bat file

You can host if you want but take some advice from me.
Before I got a host I had one on my PC.. My internet is 30mb/s download and it was still really laggy, Get a host bud, It will be so much easier ! Test your internet speed, If its under 60mb/s it will be laggy !
