I am doing this to give someone else a chance to manage their own server for free. "It looks like i wont do anywork" Of course I will help out and work. I mean whats the point of doing this if im not gonna do anything??

If someone wanted to get some experience, they could start by hosting their own server, and if they think it's worth it, invest in either a GS , VPS or a Dedicated server. People don't need people like you to offer them the 'opportunity' that they already have.
With that said, you are trying to gain a larger player base, and basically getting people to run servers under your name. You are benefiting without lifting a finger.
