You don't have the sounds files. Contact the server owner and tell him to add them to the FastDL list. Also, I assume you have custom downloads enabled?

Hi, thank you for responding. Like I said, I seem to be the only one having this problem. I do know that I had disabled custom downloads in the past on my old computer rig due to problems I was having with the PC itself. Though I have not checked if it still disabled. I do know that I still download Workshop addons when I join a new server and or the same one I am having the problem on. I will check if it is still disabled when I get home from class.

Just got and went to my options. That'd be a no. It is allowing all files to be downloaded. Any other suggestions please?
There's nothing else it could be; either you have the sound files or you don't. Just ask the server owner or a player to send you the files in a rar or something.
