I think it looks quite nice for a beginner and you are open for improvement. However, I would reccomend making a larger description in both the thread and the download, and post the thread in the [url=http://www.facepunch.com/forums/66-RELEASES]Releases[/url] section. And in the future, try to release more than one thing at a time. Packs attract more downloads then a mass wave of single downloads. Also, the more intricate the vehicle/swep/map/etc., the better.
