When I click on any downloads and click on the Download File button, it always says LOG IN TO DOWNLOAD, and when I click on that link I just see the garrysmod.org frame and nothing in the center. Any idea why?

Why give us even the simplest of details. Like your browser for instance. I don't think we could help very well without information like your browser and possible system specifications.
